Do you ship internationally?

For orders outside the USA, please email us with your order including a list of the items you would like to purchase, your name and shipping address. We will send you a paypal invoice with the total of your order including the shipping cost. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

When should I expect my package?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days business days.

What is your return policy?

At Bellissima Jewelry Design, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for some reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) within 14 days in its original packaging and unused condition. Email us to discuss if you would like to exchange, be refunded, or receive a store credit. Before sending the item, please email Sarah{at}Bellissimajewelrydesign{dot}com with the following information:

-Contact info
-Reason for return

*Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable

If your jewelry is damaged in any way during shipping, email sarah@bellissimajewelrydesign.com and I will create you a new piece after the damaged one is returned.

Do you make custom orders?

If you have a certain occasion coming up and want something in particular, please send an email and we can plan the perfect custom-designed piece or collection. Bellissima Jewelry has designed many custom bridal and bridesmaid jewelry collections and would be honored to design yours! We will soon have a page devoted to customizing wedding jewelry collections with photos and pricing.

Any tips for jewelry care?

A little extra care will go a long way. Follow these steps and enjoy your jewelry for years to come. Regularly buffing your jewelry with a soft, cotton cloth will keep them shiny. The other important key to lengthening the life of your jewelry is proper storage. Gemstone pieces should be kept separate so they don't nick or scratch each other and sterling silver pieces can be wrapped in a soft cloth enclosed in a sealed plastic bag to keep tarnish to a minimum.
